University Promotion and Tenure Committee (UPTC)
Conducts rigorous, impartial evaluations for faculty members seeking promotion, or tenure. The committee upholds academic standards and ensure fairness, integrity, and excellence across the university.
Mid-Term Advisory Report Committee (MTARC)
Provides constructive feedback to Assistant Professors at mid-career milestones. The committee helps identify strengths and areas for improvement, guiding faculty members toward successful tenure preparation.
Promotion & Tenure Advisors (PTAs)
Support colleagues through the promotion and tenure (P&T) Clinic. They offer advisory feedback, share strategies, and help candidates strengthen research, teaching, and service portfolios for career progression.
Singapore Academic Network (SAN) Champions
Drives initiatives under the Singapore Academic Network. They shape event themes, foster mentorship, and promote collaboration, inspiring engagement and advancing sustainability within the academic community.
